WOOT WOOT FOR THE FORTIES!

Meet Tammy...she's Crazy. Unfortunately, she's also apparently against being in photos because she had none of herself on her facebook page...she's in the green shirt.

This is Dawn...I just thought I'd give her credit where credit is due. She's responsible for the photo above, that absolutely not one person looks good in. She has a penchant for posting horrible pictures of OTHER people to her facebook site...like the one of me where I look like a whale. Ironically, she manages to find really good pictures of herself to post like the one below:

I was trying to do Tammy a little more justice in the picture department by rummaging through her kids facebook pages. SEEMINGLY, Jake (third from the left in the picture below) has more pictures of hot girls than his mama...where's the love Jake, seriously? I'm pretty sure that when all of my kids get their own facebook pages, I'm going to hack into their accounts and post hundreds of pictures of myself that have captions like "I love my mom because she is so cool", they're going to have TONS of pictures of their loving mom, like any good kid would, right? In all honesty though, I'm going to give Jake small props for at least having this squint-real-hard-and-you-might-be-able-to-make-out-that-this-is-my-family picture because when I went to Jordan's page, she had SO many albums that I finally gave up trying to find a picture of Tammy...Jordan might even lose a few points because Daddy Dearest (Myron...first on the left) had multiple appearances before I even got through her first set of pictures...which again, just screams blatantly to me that moms do all the work and dads get all the credit!

None the less, back to Tammy and why she's crazy...she's crazy in a good way because I'm pretty sure she's second in line on the "excited scale" when it comes to my having this baby (with me being the first in line obviously)...she sends me cute little emails each time I pass another ten days by...titled "Yippee!!!, followed by "We are in the forties!!!"...I can imagine I'll be the same way once my kids are grown because I'm already a nutcase when it comes to my friends having babies and finding out all the details...my friend just had a baby this a.m. and she made the mistake of texting me to let me know...and it was followed by about a thousand more texts chalk full of all my curiosities...when did you go into the hospital? How long did you push? How much did your son weigh and how long? And was he overdue? (Because this Big girl ended up being 3 days late and weighed a whopping 9 pounds 9 ounces, and measuring 22.5 inches long...not only that but my friend has surpassed my rockstar status of pushing out big heads...Ayris and Asher were both 14 inchers and her girl was 14.25)...so needless to say, I'm all about babies and hearing all the stats and stories of other people's babies...so I can't blame Tammy for being excited...it's kind of nice having a little countdown cheerleader. As for being bad crazy...Tammy was the first one who made me question the name Adler...I hadn't really thought about the name much...Chris and I had talked about it way before we ever got pregnant as what we'd probably call our boy (since the next girl was going to be Addison)...but Tammy didn't like Adler...she thought people would call him Adler the rattler (like as in a snake)...which, yes, I know, Adler and Rattler don't rhyme (unless you spelled it raddler?) but we don't have to point that out to her =) THEN my friend Debbie didn't like Adler because of the word Addled, which means "mentally confused"...from there on out, I started questioning Adler...I have been through months upon months now of trying to figure out a stupid perfect name for this little boy and NOTHING has come close to perfection yet...K, so back to Tammy. She recently informs me that if this little man is born on her birthday (May 19th) that she gets to name it. Well, it turns out, my doctor and I have been throwing around May 18th or 19th as the induction date since I will be 39 weeks at that point and she might be out of town the following week (and I'd love nothing more than to have all of my children delivered by her)...I personally would prefer the 18th because Ayris was born on the 18th and Asher on the 28th and it'd be cool to have another 8 (but of course, that'd just be more stress then to have to have the 4th kid on a number 8 day!!) but my doctor works on the 19th...so I'm not sure if she'd lean more towards the day she already has to work or if she'd rather do it on a day she's not scheduled in the clinic so her appointments that day don't get backed up?? All in all, it will come down to if the hospital has room anyway...and even better yet, he could come sooner...that'd be even more awesome! Like on May 8th =)...so back to Tammy naming it...her last two suggestions for names were "A" and "Ginnis"...YUCK. So I told her I'd be pushing for him to be born on the 18th...well NOW she tells me that if he's born on her birthday, she'll cave for Adler because...get this..."it's grown on her"...say what?!?! She was the one who started my big quest to find a better name and now she likes Adler! So that's why Tammy is a crazy woman. I just thought I'd mention her on here because she's also a big supporter of my blog...would like me to write everyday even if it's just about "nothing" and seems to think in that crazy little mind of hers that I could eventually be as big as The Pioneer Woman...who, I'm pretty sure is making money hand over fist with her blog/recipes/pictures, etc...and if you haven't noticed...I'm just not that motivated...I'm pretty good at getting pregnant and making the perfect babies but, I'm not very good at blogging on a consistent basis and coming up with awe inspiring things to say...none the less, her faith and interest in my kids and my blog is nice =) So thank you Tammy...even though you kind of suck at naming babies =P (At least ones that aren't your own!)
But, with all that said, I am now at 33 weeks (49 days!)...woo hoo.
Also, I DID decided to get those two pairs of suspender shorts off of Etsy yesterday and in addition to them, I bought these little lovelies up:

I've always wanted a buttless one-piece for the kids but have only found them for like 40 bucks (it's crazy how expensive newly made throwbacks to old crap can be!)...this little outfit was 7 bucks!

You just KNOW that there will be a picture in this little man's future where his cute little butt is hanging out in all it's glory in these pajamas! Can't wait =)

I'm still a little whatever about the idea of buying used clothes when I don't know where they've been...but maybe I'm turning over a new frugal leaf.
In some unrelated news, Ayris has just chewed her entire toenail off. That just made me want to puke a little even writing it. They told us her toenail would fall off (after dropping that rock on it) but it's been forever coming and each day she keeps playing with the darn thing. She'd excitedly come up and want to show me and I just never wanted to look at it...well today I did and it was almost off, except for the sides...about 3 minutes later, she had it off. I can tell this kid is going to be like me...anytime I had a loose tooth, it was out that day...I wasn't the kid who could just wait until it fell out. I even held up July 4th one year at my grandma's house because I discovered my tooth was loose and I just had to get it out. She made me leave the bathroom mirror to go see the fireworks but by golly, I had it out that night! I am SO not looking forward to my many children losing their teeth...if I can't deal with a toenail coming off, I'm pretty sure I'm not going to want to deal with pulling teeth. Let's just say that Chris better be done with all of this traveling by the time our kids are dealing with all of that fun stuff.
