So...that means that I'm cooking a lot more. I made something A-M-A-Z-I-N-G today:

It had cheddar, pepperjack, mozzerella, and velveta cheeses along with some parsley, rosemary, garlic, pepper and cubed ham.
Sounds awesome huh? Ayris is somewhat of a McDonalds freak herself but she seemed pretty excited about the macaroni...
The jury is still out on whether or not some french fries would have been less fattening though, at this point, I'm thinking McDonalds looks pretty healthy.
The second thing that I'm working on is my patience. I don't want to even consider having my third child until I can calmly deal with the two that I have.
Things like this usually bother me:
I don't like total chaos and that's what this picture resembles to me. I also wasn't too happy when I discovered this:

That's hot pink sharpie marker drawings on my sheets and box spring. Chris might call this "character" like he refers to the "character" our cherry wood dining table has from all the dents and scratches the kids have put into it. I personally am not into "character"...I prefer most things to remain in their purchased condition. HOWEVER, as aforementioned, I AM trying to change. I do want 4 kids afterall so that means I should probably get more used to the idea of imperfection (this is how lame I am...I actually had to look up the antonym of "perfection"...it just wasn't in my vocabulary!). I just remind myself that I can deal with a little imperfection if it means having my two perfect children...and they are perfect, even if they do make messes and can't seem to sleep through the night. They are totally worth it!
